You will be able to witness one of the World's longest Chinook Salmon Migrations at the "Tete Jaune Spawning Grounds", at the "George Hicks Regional Park" in Valemount, and just a 5 minute drive from Bearberry Meadows Guest House at the "Reargard Falls Provincial Park". - Ursula/Klaus Bitdinger, from Studen Schweiz 11 October 2011 We spent there two nights at the beginning of September. We had a very good time. Nice location, nice room, nice hosts. :-) The landscape is incredible. The suggestions concerning day hikes were very helpful. I am sure we will come back. Danke Elli und Andreas! - Margrit & Holger, from "Ländle" in Germany 29 September 2011 Nice, cozy and very clean B & B with comfortable kitchen. Breakfast was very good. Thanks Elli for your hospitality. Everything we need was on premises. - Ilona D'Herdt, from Belgium 14 August 2011 We stayed here for one night on our honeymoon as part of a two week trip across the Rockies. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the cleanliness of Bearberry - we questioned Elli about how long she had rented the suite out, thinking it must be brand new, and she informed us they had been letting it for two years! We had everything we could possibly need to live comfortably for a few days. Breakfast was home cooked and plentiful and we were so impressed by Elli and her family. They were all so friendly and welcoming. We would recommend Bearberry to everybody - it was very reasonable and compared to some of the other, higher priced places we stayed in, it blew our expectations out of the water. Cannot recommend highly enough. - Jo & Lee Gaskin, from Nottingham, UK October 24, 2010 We stood there only one night on our way to Bridge Lake, but the b&b is excellent. Andi and Ellie are very nice hosts and offer a great room (we had the queen size bedroom) where one can cook as well. The living area is cozy as well. Thanks again to both of you, Michael and Maria. - Michael, Maria, September 9, 2010 We stayed only for 3 nights at the Guest House and found a very nice, clean and familial atmosphere. Elli, Andy and Daniel were absolutely friendly hosts and did all for a convenient stay (including an excellent breakfast). Lothar, Clara + Antonella - Lothar Cholibois, from Kassel Germany August 17, 2010 Very nicely updated and clean accommodations. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great breakfast. We had a very pleasant walk on a path right from the house that led to the banks of the Fraser river. Took about 15min one way and was perfect after a long day's drive. Definitely would stay here again. - Peter, from Vancouver July 12, 2010 We stayed only one night but enjoyed ourselves very much. Ellie and Andy are great hosts and understand what it takes to make their clients happy. I would highly recommend their B & B - Harry ter Mors, from Jacksonville, Fl June 29, 2010 I enjoyed the stay very much. We had 3 nights, which was not enough to see everything Elli and Andi recommended. There is so much to do in the area. We were very satisfied with the room. The breakfast was great, especially the Canadian breakfast! The BBQ and the garden are an additional treat. Andi and Elli are very nice hosts. Thank you both very much again! - Christoph Becker, from Basel, Switzerland June 17, 2010 We stayed 2 nights at the Bearberry; and loved it! Elli and her husband were very nice and gave us some great advice about what to see and do in the area. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable; with a very nice garden sitting area and BBQ. The kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed to make our own really nice breakfast; and even some snacks that we took with us on our day hikes. Very nice accommodations! Thanks Elli! - Karen, from California, USA August 31, 2009
